Inservices
Inservices are a series of short training sessions that a caregiver must complete every year in order to acquire, maintain and/or increase competence in fulfilling the assigned responsibilities specific to the expectations of your consumers and employers.

You will find the courses in My Dashboard. Please note, you do not have to take all of the courses. A checklist of the required courses will be available on the last page of this packet, which you can keep.
Course Information
The course videos range from 4-20 minutes in length, depending on the video. After the video, you will take a short 10 question quiz. If you pass, you will be issued a certificate of completion. If you do not pass, don’t worry! You will be able to retake the quiz. We will be able to see what courses were completed and when.

Electronic Visit Verification
New way to track time and attendance
Caregivers use EVV to clock in and out of visits. Simpler, automated way to clock in and out.
Types of EVV
Caller ID - Most Common Method. Caregiver uses patients phone to receive their time and attendance pin.
GPS or FOB Device
Use the Mobile App or a small device that uses ecrypted codes to capture date and times. Mobile app will capture your GPS coordinates.
Pay Stubs
In order to get access to access to paychecks, W2, and daily pay, which are provided by Viventium, please contact the HR Department at ext 101. You will need to provide a valid email address. Once we receive your request an invitation will be emailed to you.

Details
Confirm your details, such as Social and date of birth.

You can access to paychecks, W2, and daily pay from their mobile app or by visiting https://hcm.viventium.com/apps/ess/account/#/ess/login
Confirmation
Once confirmed you will create a username and password. Please save these for future use.
