Home and community based services (HCBS) provide opportunities for Medicaid beneficiaries to receive services in their own home or community rather than institutions or other isolated settings.
Note: Before choosing an MCO, make sure it is accepted by your doctor.
Our aides provide exceptional assistance to people who are sick, injured, mentally or physically disabled, and/or the elderly and fragile.
Need to make a trip to fulfill a task? Even the smallest errand can feel like a big chore. Let our caregivers help you.
Assist clients with crutches, canes, walkers, mobility scooters, ramps, wheelchairs, and more…
Affordable Home Care doesn't just provide an assistant; many of our caregivers have grown close and built beautiful friendships with their clients.
Addition to the home and community-based program, Affordable Home Care also provides out of pocket services. If you don’t qualify for homecare services, or if you would like to receive more hours of care, you may choose private pay.
NOTE: $70 will be credited toward your services bill if you decide to receive services from Affordable Home Care. For more Information contact our Intake manager Lisa Carter 215-372-0100 Ext 106.
